Prince Momodu
Prince is the President for All Gentle Souls Care Re-Entry Program, bringing over 7 years of experience in communications and state-level management and team leadership. He previously served as Sales team Leader with the health insurance, and licensed sales team agent under Tennessee commissioner of commerce. He also worked as an assistant strength and conditioning coach at the university of Charlotte in North Carolina. Mr. Momodu holds an undergraduate Associate's Degree in Health and human performance, with a consideration of human movement from Austin Peay State University and Master Degree in Leadership of Science from Austin Peay State University.

Vasco Momodu
Vasco serves as the Board of Chairman of Allgentle Souls Care, bringing decades of
experience in healthcare administration and patient care. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business, providing a strong foundation in leadership, financial management, and organizational operations.
From August 16, 1984, to 2012, Vasco worked at Bethany Health Care Center as both an Administrative Assistant and Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), gaining extensive hands-on experience in healthcare services and administrative support. Since 2013, Vasco has continued his dedication to healthcare at McKendree, and 2016, at Mount Juliet Health Care Center, where they remain actively involved to this present day.
With a lifelong commitment to compassion care, professional excellence, and organizational leadership, Vasco continues to play a vital role in advancing quality care and service within the healthcare community.

Terrine Momodu
Terrine Momodu is the Executive Administrator for All Gentle Souls Care Re-Entry Program, bringing over 18 years of experience in criminal justice and state-level administration. She previously served as Records Management Supervisor with the Board of Parole and Probation and the Tennessee Department of Corrections, overseeing sentence management and records operations. She also worked as an
Executive Assistant with the Achievement School District under the Tennessee Department of Education. Ms. Momodu holds an Associate’s Degree in Police Administration from Nashville State Community College and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice at Tennessee State University.

Ann R. Stewart brings over two decades of proven success in performing complex office operations and fostering thriving workplace cultures. Her passion lies in transforming administrative functions into strategic assets, as demonstrated by implementing new systems that reduced operational costs and improving workplace efficiencies. Beyond core duties like HR management, payroll processing, bookkeeping, vendor management, calendar coordination, and financial support. She focusses on empowering teams through training and creating environments where employees feel valued and productive. She has obtained her AS in Accounting, BS in Office Management, MBA with a Human Resource Certification, and MAT in Teaching. Ruby Joyner
Currently the Chief of Corrections at the Davidson County Sheriff's office where she has been employed for over 20 years. She earned a dual bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Social Work from Trevecca University in 1995. Immediately thereafter, she earned an advanced standing position in the accelerated master’s program offered at the University Of Tennessee College Of Social Work where she graduated with honors in
1996.

Lamar Moore
Lamar Moore is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in commercial banking and credit risk management. He holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Finance from Tennessee Technological University and is a graduate of Nashville School of Law. Lamar has served in senior positions at City National Bank and Bank of America, where he managed and advised on commercial portfolios exceeding$1 billion. Recognized as one of Nashville’s Top 30 Under 30 and Top 100 People in Finance, he brings strategic insight, regulatory knowledge, and a commitment to excellence to his board service.

Dr. Thomas Hunter
Dr. Thomas E. Hunter, Sr., a visionary leader, pastor, educator, and community strategist, has dedicated his life to planting seeds of expectancy and inspiring achievement in humanity. A native of Illinois, he has now made Middle Tennessee his home. Dr. Hunter’s distinguished career is marked by service, leadership, and a steadfast commitment
to empowering individuals and strengthening communities.
Since 2005, Dr. Hunter has served with distinction at the Davidson County Sheriff’s Office in Nashville, Tennessee, where he holds the position of Director of Community Engagement. In this role, he develops strategic partnerships,
enhances public relations, and fosters connections between the Sheriff’s Office and the diverse communities it serves. Dr. Hunter’s responsibilities include auditing community agencies, identifying collaborative opportunities, and creating outreach programs that support career development and public safety. His ability to discern social, economic, and political trends and translate them into actionable strategies has earned him the trust and respect of the agency.
Before joining the Sheriff’s Office, Dr. Hunter held various leadership positions. He served as the Program Director for Project Return, where he spearheaded survival skills programs in jails and established employment pipelines for returning citizens. His previous career included roles as Athletic Director at Woodland Hills Youth Development Center, Recreational Leader with Metro Parks, and Assistant Basketball Coach at both Tennessee State University and Carl Albert State College. Notably, he made history as the institution’s first Black coach. Additionally, Dr. Hunter gained international experience as a professional basketball player with the Laden Namika Organization in Lahti, Finland.
Dr. Hunter’s academic background is equally impressive. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Illinois State University, a Bachelor of Theology from American Baptist College, and is currently pursuing a Master of Divinity from Andersonville Theological Seminary. In 2025, he will earn his Doctor of Theology from the School of the Great Commission College, further solidifying his commitment to theological scholarship and spiritual leadership.
A dedicated pastor and servant-leader, Dr. Hunter has been serving as the founding Senior Pastor of Nehemiah Missionary Baptist Church since 2014. He continues to be an ordained pastor at St. James Missionary Baptist Church.
Dr. Hunter’s ministry is characterized by biblical integrity, community engagement, and a profound passion for holistic transformation—spiritually, socially, and emotionally.
Dr. Thomas E. Hunter, Sr., a prominent figure in various civic, faith-based, and professional organizations, has made significant contributions to his community. He serves on the Executive Board of esteemed organizations such as Habitat for Humanity of Middle Tennessee, the Nashville Institute of Faith and Work, the Interdenominational Ministers Fellowship, the Nashville Branch of the NAACP, and the Stones River District Association. Additionally, he is a member of esteemed fraternal organizations like Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc., the Urban League Guild, and the Nashville Baptist Association.
Dr. Hunter’s expertise is recognized through his certifications in Offender Workforce Development Specialist (OWDS), Offender Employment Retention Specialist (OERS), and NCCER Instructor.
Throughout his career, Dr. Hunter has been consistently recognized for his exceptional contributions. He has received multiple Employee of the Month awards and was honored as the prestigious Davidson County Sheriff’s Office
Employee of the Year in 2010. Earlier in his life, he achieved remarkable success by winning the Doug Collins Most Valuable Player Award at Illinois State University.

Valerie Starks
Valerie Starks is an Executive Administrative professional with 40 years of experience in the administrative field, as an Executive Administrative Assistant at the Department of
Education. She specializes in helping children in Tennessee achieve success through educational choices. She is known for expertise, dedication, and detail to specifics in her profession. Her career highlights include starting the Robert Joyner, Jr. Shirt Off Your Back Foundation, in her father's honor, which resulted in providing support and assistance to those who require it, regardless of their background. Since the Foundation was created in 2024, four individuals have been rewarded with 2000 dollars each.
Valerie holds an associate degree in business from Nashville State University and has 40 years of experience with the State of Tennessee.
Passionate about her work with the church and the children in her community. Valerie teaches a Sunday School class and works with the church, aiding those in the community who need assistance with financial help. Also, she enjoys cooking and baking for everyone. When not working, she enjoys spending time with her grandchildren, family, and friends. Valerie is always eager to expand her professionalism with new adventures and can be reached at
